FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Modern Solutions Group, we provide business formation services, annual report filings, registered agent services, tax filings, and accounting services for businesses and individuals, both domestic and foreign. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how our services are delivered, our refund policies, and the terms for cancellations.

1. Service Fulfillment

  • Business Formation & Compliance Services: Our services are considered fulfilled once the corresponding filing, registration, or report has been submitted and confirmed by the relevant state or federal agency.

  • Tax Filings & Accounting Services: Tax filings are considered fulfilled upon successful submission to the IRS or applicable tax authority. Accounting services are fulfilled upon completion of agreed-upon reports or deliverables.

  • Delivery Format:

    • Digital services (e.g., business filings, BOI reports, tax filings, accounting reports) are delivered electronically. Customers receive a confirmation email upon completion.

    • Any physical documents, if applicable, are delivered via email or third-party courier services.

2. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final once a service has been processed.

  • Refunds are only available if a request is made before we initiate the service.

  • If a filing, tax submission, or accounting service cannot be completed due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or offer a correction at no extra cost.

  • Government filing fees and taxes paid on behalf of clients are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel an order before processing begins for a full refund.

  • Registered Agent services are subscription-based and auto-renew annually. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

  • Tax filings & accounting services may be canceled before preparation begins. Once work has started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the progress of the service.

  • Cancellations for annual reports or state filings are only allowed before submission to the relevant agency.
